Apparently the extreme cold temperatures that South Florida has been experiencing lately (in South Florida terms at least) has been causing the iguanas and lizards to "freeze" and go into hibernation. When Andy first told me about it I thought he was joking, but it was actually on the news. Check out this short video.
The other day I pulled into my parking spot and noticed a cool green iguana hanging out nearby. I walked over to check him out and snapped a few pictures. As it turned out, he was frozen there!
